This system is designed for a simple and direct means of metering a single meter. Ideal for the mobile home park or small unit property application. Reads virtually any meter that is equipped with a standard contact switch. Each module is about 1"X1" in size and contains both lithium battery and memory chips which continually store readings. Each module is potted with resin to provide 100% protection from the elements.

Using a touch pad, a meter's reading can be taken using DMI's Touch Reader which stores the readings. Once all of the meters have been read, the Touch Reader is then plugged into an onsite computer using the cable provided. Using the "Diginet Explorer" software, the readings are downloaded from the Touch Reader into the program from which detailed reports can be generated.

SPECIFICATIONS

Wiring Distance: Wiring distances between meter and scan pad can reach up 1000' to 2000' feet.

Scan Pad Dimensions: 1"X1"X1" with a 2 foot wire tail to connect to meter's sensor. The module is completely sealed in potting resin to provide 100% protection from the elements.

Wire Requirements: A two conductor, 24 gauge wire is sufficient to connect the meter to the touch pad. With this wire gauge distances are approved to 2000'.

DMI's small reading pad's provide a cleaner installation than similar systems.

Designed to be more reliable than mechanical and LCD counters.

Costs are comparable to systems using a simple display and much less than similar systems offering fewer features!
